CANCELLATION POLICY

please notify me at least 48 hours in advance before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. no shows will be charged 50% of the service and will be banned from booking any future services. if you are sick, please reschedule. please book accordingly. sets can take between 2-6 hours, depending on the design complexity. to ensure artistic integrity & precision, I do not rush my work. if you are late, please let me know. after 15 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee along with your service. after 30 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. in order to reschedule, you must provide a new deposit. no extra guests • new clients please come bare, healthy nails • no foreign removals (case by case basis, please reach out to me first) • questions/concerns: please reach out via instagram @spiritfingerzs, via text, or via email spiritfingerzs@gmail.com
